Bio

Marc Roberts began his sports and entertainment career at age 19 as the youngest person to promote a  professional boxing match – a distinction he holds to this day. By the age of 21, he had his first World Champion, Donald “the Cobra” Curry, and was working closely with legendary boxing trainer and  manager Emanuel Steward.  He went on to manage two Heavyweight World Champions, Ray Mercer  and Shannon Briggs, as well many other World Champions. By his 28th birthday, Mr. Roberts had taken  his first Sports Management Company, Triple Threat Enterprises (symbol: TTT) public on the National  NASDAQ market.  He was the first person ever to take a sports management company public.  In his  mid-30’s, he took a second company public, Worldwide Entertainment & Sports Corporation (symbol:  WWES),  which managed NBA and NFL players, NASCAR drivers and world championship boxers and was  the first full‐service sports management company ever to be listed on the national NASDAQ. The combined  raise for both highly successful public companies was in excess of $100 million.

While in his 20’s, although heavily immersed and enjoying success in the sports and entertainment industry,  Mr. Roberts developed an interest in real estate and started investing in small projects. In 1999, after  selling his sports and entertainment company, Mr. Roberts decided to focus on real estate with the same intensity he previously directed to  sports management. At that time, he moved to Florida  and  concentrated on residential real estate opportunities. A short few years later, Mr. Roberts had completed  over $2 billion in condominium conversion projects around the country and was a partner in  one of the top  three condominium conversion companies in the United States. Mr. Roberts' other investments have  included oceanfront properties in Florida (Singer Island, Fort Lauderdale and South Beach), several  intracoastal properties in Palm Beach County and a 32‐story residential building, called the Metropolitan,  on the upper east side of New York.

On the heels of this success, Mr. Roberts turned his attention to assembling commercial properties in a prime location in the Park West district of Miami by Co‐Founding Miami Worldcenter, the largest mixed  use project currently in development in  the  United  States.  In a short  time,  Marc  Roberts  Companies became a real estate investment and development firm with a diverse portfolio and upward of $2 billion in  investments.

Today, the Roberts family portfolio includes over 10 acres of property in the Park West district and in  District 11, an exciting new area of Miami adjacent to Miami Worldcenter and Park West, and across from  the Kaseya Stadium where the Miami Heat play. This key property assemblage has the best location for  investment in Miami: it is directly  accessible from an offramp for the newly redesigned $800M +Signature Bridge, contiguous to  Miami Worldcenter, offers convenient access to the Brightline Train Station, is surrounded by over $15B in new and completed development projects and perfectly positioned for future development.

In addition to this once in a lifetime assemblage, under Mr. Roberts’ management, the Roberts family  portfolio is the co‐owner and co-founder of Club E11even in Miami, a world‐renowned, one‐of‐a‐kind 24‐ hour unique nightlife experience, and the property on which Club E11even sits. Just across the street from  Club E11even, Mr. Roberts, together with his partners Michael Simkins and Dennis DeGori and in a  partnership with PMG, is developing two 65 story towers, the E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences and  E11EVEN Club Beyond, with first class amenities and what will become the hottest pool deck in the world.  In February of 2023, a third tower neighboring the E11EVEN projects was announced by PMG, Simkins and  Roberts. West Eleventh Residences is a 44 story tower with 649 condominium units, and is a collaboration  with Airbnb, allowing short term rental flexibility managed by Airbnb. Record-breaking sales on these three  projects exceeded $1.5B in just over a year.

Roberts is a truly diverse entrepreneur with a wide variety of interests and talents. He is the  author of the widely acclaimed 1998 book “Roberts Rules!: Success Secrets from America’s Most  Trusted Sports Agent,” and is currently working on an autobiography. In addition to his  professional accomplishments, Mr. Roberts is noted for his charitable contributions. The Alabama  State Legislature which has proclaimed June 5, 2003 as “Marc Roberts Day” for his contribution as  the largest single donation made to the Easter Seals Camp, ASCCA, Alabama's Special Camp for  Children and Adults, the world's largest year-round barrier-free camp for people with disabilities.  In 2005, Mr. Roberts was honored by the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, (the Florida Chapter) by being named Man of the Year. In 2006, Mr. Roberts sponsored the Maccabi Youth  Games for Metro-West New Jersey and in 2007 Mr. Roberts was awarded the distinction of being  admitted into the New Jersey Jewish Hall of Fame. Mr. Roberts has served as an advisor to Jake Paul since 2016. Currently, Mr. Roberts sits on the Board of the Mount Sinai Medical Center  Foundation Executive Committee.

Mr. Roberts currently resides in Miami Beach, Florida, with his wife Marci and two sons, Ryan  and Justin.
